About Us

Crotar Inc. is an Indianapolis based corporation founded by Lesli and Eric Peterson. We currently run and operate two BIGGBY® Locations: BIGGBY® Store #643 in Indianapolis, IN, and BIGGBY Store #1163 in Pendleton, IN.

We opened our first Location, BIGGBY® Store #643 on Sunnyside Rd., Indianapolis, in April 2023. While definitely challenging at first, we were encouraged to see our hard work recognized, shared and appreciated by our community.

Our restless nature and commitment to never settle, charged by the support of our wonderful guests, made sure we wouldn’t stop there. We acquired our second location, BIGGBY® Store #1163, in Pendleton, Indiana, January 2024.
